Well, this will be a short post. Here goes.
After going nutzo about no increases or decreases, I discovered two companies that increased the dividend. So there goes that rant.
But I do love the eggs, they will stay.
Got a 9.8% gain from American States Water. Not a very popular one to won by div growth investors because of the low yield. But over time (6 years now), I have a 3.45% yield thanks to increases like the one we got this month.
Everyone needs water and electricity. Especially in a dry place like California. Owning AWR is a no brainer for me.
I also got a nice increase form UL, Unilever.
I guarantee you, you have a Unilever product in your home. Dove soap, Lipton, Hellmans/Best Foods, Klondike, Popsicle, Jif, Red Rose, All, Axe, Q-Tips, Ponds, Dollar Shave Club, Vaseline,
They also are the world's largest ice cream manufacturers owning Ben & Jerrys', Breyers, Klondike, and a bunch of brands in Europe.
UL is solid to own in my opinion.
